Hannah Smith is tall, strong, and formidable -- and the descendant of generations of tough Florida women. She makes her living as a fishing guide, but her friends, neighbors, and clients also know her as an uncommonly resourceful woman with a keen sense of justice -- someone who can't be bullied. That's why so many come to her with their problems. Her methods of meting out justice can be a bit unorthodox, and those on the receiving end often wind up very unhappy, but Hannah usually gets her point across.
