Return policy
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt. You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping at no cost. Be aware that we ship quickly - sometimes within hours, and always within 2 business days. Once an item has shipped, you may refuse delivery of a package (simply write "refused" on the package - DO NOT OPEN IT - and give it back to your carrier.) We will refund the cost of the item, and deduct the original charge for shipping, plus insurance if applicable, and the cost of return shipping if charged. Refunds for cancelled orders that have been shipped will only be issued once we receive the item back.
