Using this title for a hospitality course on Service Marketing. It is easy to read, decent organization, with lots of useful examples (many address more current trends and challenges in the industry). My only complaint is it is sometimes the supporting text/content gets in the way of my understanding the main takeaway from the section (so I answer quiz questions incorrectly).
