The insulin gene was sub cloned into expression vector pET- Blue- 1 vector, and a new constructive vector pET- Blue- 1-hpi vector was achieved as a first time in the world with about 4659 kb., the transformation processes were done directly to three types of genetic engineering bacterial cells which are : Nova Blue Singles™, Tuner (DE3) pLacI and E. coli HB101.
