Beltram through the 50th Anniversary celebration in October, 2016 under the auspices of Shotokan Karate of America (SKA). SKA was founded in 1956 by Mr. Tsutomu Ohshima who is widely regarded as one of the world’s preeminent instructors of Shotokan Karate.
