Imago Christi Spiritual Formation Coaching Manual

The Imago Christi Spiritual Formation Coaching Manual helps leadership coaches and spiritual directors coach important spiritual growth experiences. This manual is based on our unique ABIDE coaching model for Spiritual Formation, which comes out of our extensive experience coaching Christian leaders in their personal spiritual formation. Each chapter contains coaching guidelines and questions for the coaching process, along with an extensive bibliography. "Spiritual Formation Coaching" adapts the approach and riches of spiritual direction and applies them to transform the model of effectiveness coaching. The results is an innovative model of "coaching for spiritual formation" that is more accessible, affordable and replicable across the ministry and mission of the Church.
