This Level 11 (Grade 5) practice test will prepare your child for the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT®)Screening Form, a “quick screen” test for children that is used for admission to US gifted and talented programs.The CogAT Screening Form is a shorter version of the full length CogAT Form 7. The Screening Form contains only the analogies section of each battery: picture/verbal analogies, number analogies, and figure matrices. Some schools prefer the CogAT Screening Form, as the test offers a quality evaluation with a shorter administration time than the complete CogAT. The questions in this CogAT practice test were created by educators who have prepared many children for gifted and talented tests.
