Dreams or Reality

Laura, a teenager in the 1960s, thought she knew it all in the permissive society. Married very young, she is soon disillusioned, she has three children in quick succession and suffers physical abuse in the marriage. She develops into a person in her own right and believes that material possessions are now the most important thing in her life in order for her to attain happiness. Although she achieves the possessions, her world still collapses around her, so she must finally make the important decision as to where her loyalties lie. Whatever she decides will have a tremendous impact on her future.
