The Reaper’s new mission has been adjusting to the comforts and the new life he’s obtained since fleeing to Mexico. But, after discovering the mysterious government entity known as THE BOARD, an organization responsible for the murder of his girlfriend, Maria Constrera, and with dark connections to his past, Harwood is quickly forced back into a life of death and destruction. THE BOARD, standing for Broad Oversight and Research Development, was tasked with one mission—maintaining and influencing the global economic demand and those positioned at the top. However, they’re most distinguished by their proficiency in counterintelligence, assassinations, and covert manipulation. The agents employed by THE BOARD hold positions within the CIA, NSA, White House, and British Secret Intelligence, more commonly referred to as MI6. Highly qualified in their crafts, they achieve their goals by utilizing crime, drugs, human trafficking, and nefariously manipulating foreign and domestic governments.
