History has given us two very different books by the same name. One of these could be the book of records mentioned in the Holy Bible. The Books of Jasher includes details about the antediluvian patriarchs, the institution of the Ten Commandments, the establishment of the priesthood, angels, watchers, the flood, the tower of Babel, and many other events mentioned in the Bible. The tales are expanded and infused with detail not previously available.
