The form, content, procedure, and time for pleading in allspecial statutory proceedings shall be as prescribed by the statutes governing theproceeding unless these rules specifically provide to the contrary. These rules shallbe construed to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of everyaction. These rules shall be known as the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure andabbreviated as Fla.R.Civ.P.
