She wrote this book to share the stories within the retail world. She does not leave out sexual harassment, bullying, and inappropriate behavior while working as a barista. Cynthia hopes to share the truths inside the life as a server of espresso, always keeping a slit of an eye open for the perfect partner. She is an animal lover and surrounds herself in birds, dogs and men.Michelle Murphy is a realtor, and frequents espresso establishments, noting down many stories of her experiences along the way. She was a wife in the 50's and puts her hilarious twists throughout the book.
