The Effective Use of Forensic Experts in Construction Litigation

In today's litigious world, it is not a guarantee that a construction project will not end up in litigation or arbitration. And because of the complexities involved in a construction project, a typical judge, jury member or arbitrator may not possess the expertise to grasp some of the nuances of construction issues.
