Rapid Warehousing Methodology, Edition 4.1

SAS Rapid Warehousing Methodology is a reference manual for planning and managing data warehousing projects based on efficient, repeatable processes. SAS has developed this methodology to facilitate the construction of data warehousing environments. Now updated to Edition 4.1, the methodology is derived from experience gained in hundreds of data warehousing implementations worldwide. The manual comes in two volumes. The first explains all the basic concepts of the methodology including builds and the seven phases that each build is divided into. For each phase it lists the roles involved, the required tasks and activities together with checklists, the required inputs, and the deliverables to be created. The second volume provides the templates of the questionnaires and deliverables referred to in the methodology.
