This book is designed with the average to serious wood worker in mind. This method of making wagon wheels does not require the need for special tools or any steaming or bending of the wood. Actually the entire wheel can be cut with one woodworking tool - a band saw. All of the special jigs detailed in our book are designed to be used with a band saw.
