Rosemaling is the Norwegian decorative art which began about 1700. This beautiful floral art form was developed by folk artists and has had a resurgence of interest in both America and Norway. This book discusses the Telemark style which is one of many styles developed in the different districts of Norway. The book has 12 color pages of painted designs and excellent color reference sheets with instructions on all aspects of the style. Instructions include oil and acrylic paints.
