I am a mental health therapist and this information has been very helpful for myself and will be useful to clients. Most importantly, there are tools and practices within the book that are sound and great. It is also reader friendly with visuals to explain the written content. Great book!
I have given this book to my sons and brother. I love the way the physiology of meditation is so clear.
