Nine Routes to Success is an interactive workbook for students built around nine routes or concepts to help students become all they can be, including self-belief, goal-setting, and problem-solving. Exercises throughout the workbook bring students to a greater level of self-awareness, enabling them to see patterns of behavior, empowering them with a greater sense of control over their future. Developing good study habits, good eating and exercise habits, and good self-talk habits are addressed, as well as techniques for sharpening communication skills. The workbook is designed to be used periodically during class and more frequently by students on their own.
