Review In Heirs of Falcon Point, the Lang family lost everything in the early days of WWII. The Nazis had taken over Austria and wealthy widower Leopold Lang decided to run and hide with his three children, but he was killed by Herr Sauermann before he could leave. Thankfully, their father had made plans and they had hidden most of their valuable treasures before everything happened. According to their father's earlier plans and advice, the three siblings ran for their lives but had much difficulty running from Sauermann. Sadly, they all ended up separated from each other. Many decades later, three of their ancestors - Anna, Cole, and Tess - made their way back to Falcon Point to try to claim their land back. But not if Gunnar Sauermann has his way. He has been a trustee for the land all this time and he will do anything, including killing anyone who gets in his way. Heirs of Falcon Point is an interesting story written by four different authors, Sian Ann Bessey, Traci Hunter Abramson, A. L. Sowards, and Paige Edwards, each having one or two point-of-view characters woven into this story. The beginning of the story is intriguing and I was engrossed in reading, hoping the three children would find their way back to each other. Then the story switches decades later to the present time. There was a lot going on, with lots of different characters to meet. But I enjoyed the continued story of meeting the Lang family's ancestors. I loved Anna, Cole, and Tess and their friends, and I was so scared for them at times. There was a lot at stake here, more than anyone realized. The riveting story of Heirs of Falcon point ended well and will stay with me for a while. If you enjoy historical fiction, you will especially enjoy this story. --Readers’ Favorite Five Star ReviewBe sure to take your heart medication when reading "Heirs of Falcon Point," because the suspense and surprises are sure to raise your heart rate. Four award winning authors have come together to create a multi-faceted book; thriller; mystery, multiple romances, and a settling of scores for ancient crimes--and some really determined villains, to boot.
