BIOMETRICS Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Tactical Employment of Biometrics in Support of Operations

This publication provides a standardized multi-Service framework for planning, integrating, and employing biometrics data collection efforts by tactical units designed to improve data quality and maximize system capability in direct support of military operations. It provides small unit leaders and collectors a clear, fundamental understanding of the impact accurate and valid data has on the overall biometrics process.
