Welcome to the Nashville Writers Meetup Anthology On September 4, 2004, the Nashville Writers Meetup officially came into being as a place to spark ideas and promote the art of writing for the Middle Tennessee area. Since 2004, the group has grown to over nine hundred and fifty members and is well on its way to hitting one thousand members in 2012. This anthology represents a vision of what our group is becoming and will become. Short stories, poems and personal essays are presented within our first collection of member-written works.
