The Amazing Colors of the Rainbow

Summary
Description
I have been a bird- carver and a painter of birds for over 35 years. For most of that time I had been unable to mix the right color on the first- or- second attempt and, more often, it took eight - ten times to arrive at the desired color. (In bird- show competition, one may have the very BEST carving but if the colors are inaccurate it will not be judged a winner ). With this in mind, I decided to pursue the intricacies of mixing colors to achieve the desired results. I arrived at the title of the book, THE AMAZING COLORS OF THE RAINBOW, from the amazing colors seen in a rainbow after a rainstorm. As seen in nature, the rainbow has six colors: three primaries and three secondaries. The three primaries of red, yellow and blue cannot be made from any other colors. The three secondaries: orange, green and violet are produced by the three primaries. My research of eight years of mixing paint showed me that with a palette of warm and cool red, yellow and blue ANY color can be produced with just six tubes of paint, thus eliminating the necessity of purchasing very expensive artists-paints. Using this formula, the desired color can be produced in just one or two attempts. My hope, and the reason for writing this book is to help other carvers and painters who have had the same problem and frustrations I have had.
We would LOVE it if you could help us and other readers by reviewing the book
