This book is extremely informative. It walks you through the counseling process from A to Z. It gives a dummy like me confidence that maybe I can be a good counselor some day.

The contents of the book was clear and concise.
The index did not include what I was looking for.
For beginning counselors this book has great information. The layout and organization leave something to be desired. Is you can look past that, the content is fantastic.
The organization is a little unorganized as far as headings go, but the information is easy to follow.
