Terrific book. The chapters are short enough that you can grasp each concept as it is taught. The examples are great and really reinforce the concepts being taught. There is no "legalese" to struggle through, as everything is in layman's language with legal terms explained thoroughly.

It is well organized and has a natural flow.

Some of the judge's written explanations can be difficult to follow.
