Greer accepts an invitation from Spencer to attend a fundraiser at a swanky country club, expecting his unwanted focus to be the price of the free meal. She did not anticipate running into Fiona Appleby, an elemental force of a woman known throughout Denver for her support to women escaping abusive situations.
