I like the way Dr. Wile presents science information with good explanations. I have several of his books. With that said, this will be a rather traditional approach to Chemistry that is very thorough. It does have good labs interspersed. To me, the downside is that not all students NEED this level of Chemistry. Many would benefit from Chemistry presented in a more practical application way, with less math emphasis. A Christian based Chemistry in the Community HS text is needed as an option for many.
