BiographyActive in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years, Dr. Scott Conard is not only a passionate medical doctor, physician leader and business executive, but also a visionary focused on developing a sustainable and affordable US healthcare system.Presently, Dr. Conard is the Chief Medical Officer of ACAP Health Consulting, of Dallas, a privately held company focused on healthcare, clinical wellness, accountable care and accountable patients.Since 1982, Dr. Conard has worked on numerous medical projects on pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical equipment and medical program research. He is a graduate of Stagen Institute, Florida State University and University of South Florida College of Medicine and has authored fifteen healthcare books, of which seven as a first author.
