The Life of Christ

John 3:16 has often been referred to as the message of the gospel in a nutshell. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life". (John 3:16) In similar fashion 1 Tim. 3:16 has been referred to as the ministry of the God man in a nutshell. "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory" (1 Tim. 3:16) This volume provides a nine-fold overview of God's glory story. It details the staggering, almost unbelievable account of just how and why the sovereign Son of God agreed to become the sinless son of man that sinful sons of men might become the sons of God!
