The Restaurant Location Guidebook is a comprehensive guide to picking restaurant and quick service food locations. John C. Melaniphy was also the author of Restaurant & Fast Food Site Selection published in 1992 which is now out of print and outdated. Mr. Melaniphy is acutely aware of the failure rate in the foodservice business and has written this location guide to assist both existing operators to expand and new entrants to avoid mistakes.
