Lockwood, the author of six books about American architecture and cities, and Hyland, a local historian and a Beverly Hills realtor, have written extensively about the area. This copy is housed in a specially designed black cardboard briefcase with handle, the front a likeness of the front wrapper with large photo and the rear with the name and address of the showroom for Beverly Park.
