Collecting the Edged Weapons of the Third Reich, Volume VII

This reference continues (from Vol. VI) an in-depth look at the numerous materials and production techniques employed in the manufacture of German edged weapons. A study of the TENO dress sidearms is featured, as well as a chapter on the other Solingen, the small village of Steinbach located in the former East Germany (DDR). Numerous rare and unusual Third Reich weapons are featured for the first time, and a previously unknown Third Reich Fire Police prototype dress dagger is discussed. Provided is an expanded update on current market values, and additional previously unpublished photos of Third Reich edged weapons in wear; additional revelations from the Carl Eickhorn and WKC 1933-1945 factory files; and a chapter devoted to WWII combat boot knives.
