This second (and final) volume of records from St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church contains the lists of marriages, burials, confirmands, and a few lists of communicants. Marriage records begin in 1745 and continue through to 1841 (with only one gap in the period, from 1746 to 1751). The lists of those confirmed include not only young people but older persons, such as spouses of members. These lists can be especially helpful when the youth's age and father's name are given. Making these records even more valuable is the fact that not all individuals married or buried at St. Michael's were members of the church and occasionally were not even Lutheran or German.
