There are more than 13,000 value changes in Volume 3, which includes countries of the world G through I. Extensive value changes are recorded in Hungary, Great Britain and Italy. In Hungary there are more than 3,000 value changes, with dramatic increases among selected classic issues. In new footnotes, a large number of imperforate sets have been described and valued for the first time. In Great Britain and Italy, more than 2,200 value changes are recorded for each country. Values rise in both countries for stamps issued during the last 10 years. Significant activity is also recorded in Iceland, with more than 1,200 value changes.
