Writing Logically, Thinking Critically

Good thinking is essential for good writing. With this second edition, the authors, Sheila Cooper and Rosemary Patton, continue to promote this view. The "Ergo" from the title has been dropped, but Writing Logically, Thinking Critically continues as the core text for a course combining writing and critical thinking, or for a course with an argumentation emphasis. With written assignments, exercises, cartoons and short stories, Writing Logically, Thinking Critically provides a range of interesting material to aid in the development of good thinking and good writing.
