This is the revised and up-dated edition of an established introduction to physical geography. Andrew Goudie covers new concerns (for example, the hole in the ozone layer and its effects, atmospheric warming and future sea-level rise). He also examines many human-related issues (for example, the exploitation of coral reefs and mangroves). The book now concludes with a section of topics, questions, discussions and suggestions for further work. The book is aimed at first-year students at universities throughout the English speaking world.
