Mex-Ciné: Mexican Filmmaking, Production, and Consumption in the Twenty-first Century

Mex-Cinéoffers an accessibly written, multidisciplinary investigation of contemporary Mexican cinema that combines industrial, technical, and sociopolitical analysis with analyses of modes of reception through cognitive theory.
