Lundy’s work is an insightful manual of experience, observation, analysis, and practical application. All of those who work with us in our endeavors to address abuse within the “Protestant religious world” are required to read this book. It use to be that 80% of our cases were from religious circles - it now borders almost exclusively with families who attend churches. This book is more than just an introduction to the subject - it is a disturbing, but necessary, course of learning if one is going to help.
