A revised edition of "Formative Assessment in the National Curriculum: Mathematics, Levels 1-3", the book reflects the revised content and emphases of the Mathematics curriculum that has to be implemented from September 1995. A bank of assessment tasks and activities, including photocopiable worksheets) focus on the NC programme of study. The book also explains how to use the assessment information gained, to develop and extend each pupil's mathematics understanding. It also provides numerous teaching ideas and starting points for mathematics activities.
