Book details
Summary
Description
This collection of documents is designed primarily for use in conjunction with our Casebook "International Law: Cases and Materials," Third Edition (1993). It provides also a handy general reference for any one working in the field of international law.Unless otherwise indicated, the status of the documents and the parties are correct as of 1 January 1992. Particulars on date of signing, adoption, and ratification are provided in a footnote to each document.*The draft 1982 United Nations Law of the Sea Convention is not included in this volume. (With its 320 Articles and 9 Annexes, it fills a volume of its own.) Nor have we included many of the voluminous documents that are the subject of specialized fields, e.g., the bigger arms control agreements or the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, available in original sources or in special compilations.
We would LOVE it if you could help us and other readers by reviewing the book
