Ken has written a number of journal articles and books and has taught online courses for the University of Phoenix UOP for ten years. He served as Assistant Department Chair for General Studies at the UOP Online Campus, San Francisco, and is a past member of the University's Academic Cabinet. Jason D. Baker is an associate professor of education at Regent University, where he teaches and conducts research about online distance education. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a M.A. in Education, and a Ph.D. in Communication. Jason has written a number of Internet-related books and articles. He has advised and trained faculty in the use of educational technology, both in traditional classes and in the design of online classes, and has been an active online instructor and distance learner since 1996.
