This is one of the best books you can possibly read with regard to Anatomy , structural integrity and a basic overall philosophical understanding of WHY and HOW people get in pain and whats needed to solve it . It destroys quite alot of popular myths in our society of the reasons why so many people get in pain as they age ....

Extremely enlightening and insightful , id rate this honestly as a Must read , has simple basic easy to understand diagrams, pictures to show you and illustrate everything

Very logical , totally consistent and very clear. People are in pain because they lost their proper previous Anatomical Alignment , this book shows you how to get that Alignment back, unless you get that back, the probability of gettin out of pain is very remote

Nothing really , its pretty sound and very well put together and organized
