Clinical Neurosis

This concise textbook brings together recent work on neurosis and neurotic diseases within the framework of the new ICD-10 classifications. It is extensively referenced to both review articles and primary papers, and forms a teaching manual for students of psychiatry and clinical psychology. References have been chosen not only to stimulate academic research, but also with the aim of promoting good clinical practice in this difficult and complex area of psychiatry. The individual chapters contain a consideration of the approach to the patient and the formulation of disorders on which the effective use of a range of treatments may be based.
