Yes, we do allow international shipments for buyback orders. However, please keep in mind that, at the moment, we only provide prepaid shipping labels for domestic US shipments and for Canada shipments only. For other international buyback orders, shipping cost is not covered by BooksRun.
Additionally, only payment via PayPal is available for international sellers.
For Canadian Sellers:
For sellers located in Canada, the shipping is now covered for all buyback orders over $20 USD. Please note that if you have already created a US account, you may easily change your location in your account details:
In case you have buyback orders which have not been shipped yet, keep in mind that they will be automatically cancelled, and their contents will be transferred back to your seller cart. Make sure your buyback orders are marked as "Shipped" and supplied with active tracking numbers before proceeding with the account location change.
At the moment, PayPal remains as the only payment method for buyback shipments outside the US.
The option to generate a prepaid shipping label will become available in your order details. Click the "Get label Barcode" button to retrieve the label for your shipment.
For Canada shipments, only UPS is available at the moment.
Once your label is ready, you will find an option to either pull up a QR code on your phone to show at the local UPS post office, or print the label yourself.
Once the order is shipped, please make sure to click the "Mark as shipped" button in your order details.
For Other International Sellers:
Create Your International Seller Account
You can create an account by using the "Sign In" button in the top left corner of the website.
You can either choose to "Register" an account using an email and password of your choice, or create an account by logging in via your Facebook or Google account.
Next, head to your account details to fill out the shipping information.
As the system was initially designed only for customers with US addresses, you will need to fill out any US address in your account details instead of your actual address.
Enter your PayPal information to link your PayPal account for payment.
Create a Buyback Order Online
Visit BooksRun.com;
Search for the ISBNs of the books you want to sell;
Review your quote and add the books to your cart.

How to Ship Your Orders
To avoid any issues with the shipping and ensure smooth processing of your order, follow these steps:
Obtain a shipping label from the international mail carrier of your choice;
Make sure the package is shipped to the following address: BOOKSRUN, 400 Adams Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19120;
Make sure your buyback order number is stated on the shipping label;
Email [email protected] with the tracking number for your order. In the email, please include your buyback order number, the tracking number for your shipment and, if possible, a receipt with the tracking provided by the post office; Mark the Order as "Shipped" in Your BooksRun Account
Once the package is received at our facility, your order status will be changed to "Received".
