Can you change my account information for me?

No, for privacy and security reasons, we cannot edit or update any account information on your behalf. This includes personal data such as:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Password

  • Shipping or billing address

  • Payment details

Only customers themselves can make these changes by accessing your account directly.

For mobile app users: Account settings can be adjusted in a browser only. Please log into your account via a browser to proceed.

Protecting your privacy and account integrity is our top priority. Account information is considered confidential, and allowing third-party access, even BooksRun support, would pose a risk.

Changes are applied immediately and are securely saved to your profile.
