For security and privacy reasons, BooksRun cannot manually reset or change your password. However, you can easily reset your password yourself by following the guided steps below. We encourage all users to utilize the self-service tools available directly on our platform.

Guest Account Orders: If you placed an order without registering or logging in to an account, your order will not appear in a subsequently created BooksRun account. To check whether you have an account, simply go to your inbox and search email from [email protected] with the subject "BooksRun registration". If you don't see such emails - the account was not created with this particular email.

Please note: receiving messages from [email protected] does not mean that an account has been created. It means you have specified this particular email to receive updates regarding your order. Only confirmation of registration sent to a particular email can be considered as successful account creation.

1. Use the Forgot Password Option:

Go to the BooksRun Login Page and:

  • Click on "Forgot password" under the login fields

  • Enter your registered contact email address

  • Click "Recover"

A password reset email will be sent to you from [email protected].

2. Check Your Email Folders:

If you don’t see the reset email after a few minutes, check the following folders:

  • Spam / Junk

  • Promotions / Updates / Notifications (for Gmail users)

  • Any custom folders or filters set up in your email account

3. Make Sure Our Emails Aren’t Being Blocked or Filtered:

Sometimes email providers block or filter messages unintentionally.

Do the following:

  • Add [email protected] to your email contacts or safe sender list

  • Check your email settings for any filters or rules that might redirect or delete emails from BooksRun

  • Unblock the address if it appears on your blocked senders list

4. Try Accessing Your Email From a Different App or Device:

If you're still not receiving the email:

  • Try logging into your email using a different device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or desktop)

  • Use a different email client or browser (e.g., switch from Apple Mail to Gmail or Outlook)

5. Use The Direct Link For Password Change:
