If a book is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we, unfortunately, cannot resend the book to the updated address from the same transaction. Instead, you will need to place a new order for the book.
Refunds for such returns are usually issued within 3-6 business days, once the order is returned to our warehouse and checked back into the system. A restocking fee may apply.
Common reasons for item returns
Incomplete, incorrect, or illegible addresses. Packages marked as "Undeliverable as Addressed" can result from issues such as incorrect house numbers, missing unit numbers in condominiums, or mixed-up zip codes.
Unclaimed packages. Orders left unclaimed at pickup points for longer periods can be returned.
Billing address confusion. Mistakenly using the billing address instead of the shipping address can lead to delivery failures.
Why cannot returned items be re-sent?
Transaction policies. Once an order is marked returned, a refund is processed automatically by the system. There are no mechanisms to charge your payment method again for the purchase.
Stock considerations. The item may no longer be available in stock for re-shipping.
Operational efficiencies. This policy ensures refunds can be processed promptly, allowing you to reorder conveniently.
