To report a book with missing pages or chapters, follow these steps carefully:

1. Gather the Required Information

Prepare the following before contacting support:

  • Your order number

  • Images that clearly show:

    • The range of missing page numbers

    • The BooksRun sticker on the back cover or spine

    • The copyright page and barcode on the back cover

2. Contact Support

    • All required photos as attachments

Once we receive your complete report:
