You must ship your rental back by the due date — and here's how to do it properly.
Returning your rented book on time is easy, but there are a few important things you need to know to avoid late fees or extra charges.
Your rental is considered "shipped back on time" if the package is scanned by the postal facility on or before the return deadline — not when it is received by us.
The rental order should be returned directly to BooksRun facility:

To return your rental on time:
The package must be scanned at a postal facility (e.g., USPS, FedEx) on or before the due date.
It does not need to arrive at our warehouse by the due date.
We recommend returning the book at least 2-3 days before the deadline to allow for any postal delays.
Do not simply drop off your package in a mailbox or parcel bin.
Packages that are dropped off without being scanned are not officially shipped.
If your return is not scanned by a postal worker, we have no proof it was shipped on time.
Late charges may apply if there's no valid scan before the due date.
Use a valid shipping method and avoid refusing delivery, as this is not an acceptable return process.

A reminder email is sent 10 days before your return deadline to the contact email associated with your account.

Shipping instructions
A link to your return label, if applicable
To check the status of your rental order, follow the instructions below.
Registered Users:
Visit your Rental orders page (you might need to log in before proceeding).
The status will be reflected in the Order Summary.
Unregistered Users:
Open your email inbox.
Search for a confirmation email from [email protected].
Click the blue “View Order Details” button inside the email.
The order status will be visible on the details page.
