A discretionary return is a return initiated by the customer due to reasons not related to the quality of the product received or other factors dependent on the seller.
The return is not a discretionary one if the reason for the return are:
Product is damaged by the mail carrier
Product is not in the condition initially stated by the seller
Different product is received than the one stated in the order
Product is not received
Product is received with a significant delay from the provided delivery date
The return is a discretionary one if the reasons for the return are:
You changed your mind about the purchase
The instructor provided incorrect reading list for the course
A cheaper version of the product was found
Wrong book was purchased by mistake
The order was delivered within the ETA, but another copy of the book was purchased in the meantime
The order was placed by mistake
For discretionary returns, shipping costs are not covered. If you would like to return the purchase order and the item costs more than $30, you will see an option to generate our label automatically. However, the price for such labels will be deducted upon return.
