My package arrived empty/with contents missing.

If your package from BooksRun arrived empty or with some of the items missing, we’re here to help — but action must be taken quickly. To ensure proper assistance, please contact our Support Department within 7 days of delivery.

1. Gather Information

Avoid throwing the packaging out right away. In some cases, it may contain stickers and notices from the mail carrier showcasing that the package was received by them open, with some contents missing, damaged, etc.

Take a picture of the package, the shipping label on it and the notice (if those are present). Below you can find some references on how such notices may look like.

2. Send an Email to Support

Send an email to our address [email protected] and make sure to include the following information:

  • Your order number;

  • Clear images as stated above;

  • Any additional information you can provide, for example, the package being originally misdelivered, any comments from the carrier upon delivery, etc.

Tip: The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Please double-check:

  • If you received multiple packages (some items may arrive separately);

  • Your order history to confirm what was included;

  • Your delivery address listed on the order.
